ONE TIME PURCHASE

Nutrition Plans

New Client Meal Plan - $100

Returning Client Meal Plan - $75

Includes calorie, protein, carb, and fat goals and 1-3 options for 3-6 meals a day based on what you are looking for! You can use this same plan for as long as you want. Mostly this plan is for people who have their workouts down, and can hold themselves accountable with the meal plan, this does not include weekly check ins, but does include monthly check- ins. I will also send you specific recipes that align with your goals and macros, of foods you enjoy! I can also make you a plan with any diet you would like.

Personal training clients can add a meal plan to any fitness plan

MONTHLY COACHING

​In-Person Personal Training

This will be at my home gym -  60 min sessions only

In-person training clients also get fitness assessments/measurements/body fat/etc. And homework on my app, Trainerize

1 on 1 personal training. 45 minutes long. I work around your schedule!

Trainerize App Training

I design your workouts on an app that you can do at home, or at the gym. I am able to see how your workouts are going by you tracking them within the app. I will cover the cost of the Trainerize app for you.

There are videos included in the app and every workout is personalized for you, by me!

CHALLENGES

6-week challenge

$250 for challenge
Includes personalized meal plan with all macros, 1-3 options of 3-6 meals daily, weekly check-in, workout routines for at-home and gym workouts, cardio advice, unlimited access to your coach! (Ask me all the questions and I’m always available for you!) - motivation, confidence building, education, accountability, scheduling help, recipes, and meal prep ideas. 6 weeks to build a habit and realize you CAN do this!!!

8-week challenge

Two months long! Includes two separate months of workout plans, two months of meal plans, weekly check-ins, etc.

Just like the 6-week challenge but 2 extra weeks and 2 plans, one for each month!

Workout Warriors

One week of online training plans and daily check-ins.

BABECAMP

Group workout class. Girls only. One hour long. Weekends. Strength training and cardio.
