SINGLES

Nutrition Plans

New Client Meal Plan - $75

Returning Client Meal Plan - $50

Includes options for 5-6 meals a day based on your macros and goals, you can use this same plan for as long as you want. Mostly this plan is for people who have their workouts down, and can hold themselves accountable with the meal plan, this does not include weekly check ins, but does include monthly check- ins.

Fitness Plans
Singles in-person personal training sessions

$65 for an hour

$50 for 45 mins

$35 for a half hour

All workouts are catered to you and your limitations and goals.

I will make you the workout plan and you do it on your own


Discounts apply when you buy more than one day of workouts

Most people get an $150 dollar plan and I make it 4 days of workouts, typically.

MONTHLY COACHING

The I’m needing some extra help getting my life together, coach plan

Includes: meal plans, recipes, weekly check-ins, weekly nutrition tweaks, daily my fitness pal checks, workout plans, monthly weigh-ins and body fat analysis plus circumference measurements, and two full hours in-person training.

Includes meal plans, weekly check-ins, monthly weigh-ins, body fat analysis, and workout plans for at-home/on your own workouts.

In-Person Personal Training

This can be at my home or your home 60 min sessions only

In-person training also gets fitness assessments and free products to sample.

Trainerize App Training

I design your workouts on an app that you can do at home, or at the gym. I am able to see how your workouts are going by you tracking them within the app. I will cover the cost of the Trainerize app for you.

There are videos included in the app and every workout is personalized for you, by me!

Just like the 6-week challenge but 2 extra weeks and 2 plans, one for each month!

PACKAGE SPECIALS

In-Person Training

There is nothing like having individualized attention from a coach who can work with you to help you meet your goals in a fun and safe environment. Individualized plans for YOUR specific goals. We will cover strength, conditioning, flexibility and more during your session. I will also create homework for days you don’t see me, and I will pay for your access to a specific app called Trainerize to track your progress. And of course I will check on your often! You can use these sessions however you like, 1x a week, 2x a week, or 3x a week. These expire 3 months after purchase.

10 sessions for $400

These are for in person clients only. I will train you out of my home gym in Matthews NC.

BABECAMP

$15
Group workout class. Girls only. One hour long. Weekends. Strength training and cardio.
